Brad Groves is an experienced integrated marketing leader.   He was the senior account leader in Omnicom’s TMA New York office, responsible for Pepsi and NBA businesses.  His strategic acumen resulted in two Clio awards for the NBA and two Cannes Lions and a Clio for Pepsi including a Super Bowl commercial and Uncle Drew viral video sensation. 

Prior to joining The Marketing Arm, Brad was the senior account leader on Miller beer at Saatchi & Saatchi and helped turn around the Miller Lite business with a renewed focus on the brand’s original core equity and he developed the first global positioning and brand campaign for Vita Coco coconut water.

A long-time BBDO veteran, Brad worked on the Cingular Wireless brand launch and managed the highly awarded Foot Locker campaign where he was instrumental in creating the brand NorthStar, consumer personics and communications strategy.  As the integrated brand leader for Lowe’s Home Improvement, Brad managed a roster of 11 Omnicom agencies for the big box retailer.  Brad led the Pepsi account at BBDO, and was responsible for Mountain Dew’s re-emergence as a top Millennial brand and Starbucks Bottled beverages significant brand portfolio expansion. 

Brad graduated from Emory University Goizueta Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He played on Emory’s nationally ranked varsity baseball team, as well as, their club hockey team. A passionate sports fan, he has been a volunteer baseball coach for over two decades.
